Only one more class for students to finish their boats! Second graders continue to work on their truss bridge. You can see the bridge if you drive by the school on 167. We will paint it this week. Fourth graders are in the process of building their roller coaster track and cart. The West Bend News will do a story on our cardboard boats this week.

We just received our 3D printer and I was able to print a 3D balloon using a program from the web. We have also received our Lego Robotics kits for grade 3 and the middle school. Thank you to Fox Brothers Piggly Wiggly for donating plastic grocery bags to our second graders for their plastic rope bridge construction project which will begin in about a week. Yesterday, the second grade finished their wooden truss bridge. We will now paint it and place it so it can be seen from Hwy 167. Watch for it! Ten days until our cardboard boat challenge on Friess Lake.... Thanks to the Copper Dock for allowing us to use their property. If you want to have some fun watching the challenge, it is at 1p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5.... Hope for warm weather!
